The machine is easy enough to use, but it is painfully slow. The worst part about this fax is the seemingly random "Check Paper" messages that appear on the display and halt whatever the fax is doing at that time. The ability to copy is a plus. If you are looking for a home fax machine that you will seldom use, this may be the one for you since it's cheap and it works but if you are running any kind of business, look elsewhere.
