This product is great. It handles faxes with ease, prints quickly and makes easy work out of copying. I am extremely happy with the quality of the product as well. We are an office of about 25, and someone is always doing something with it, so we have spent a lot of time using every aspect of the brothers capailities. I highly recommend.
The absolute best multifunction printer for small and not so small businesses May 7, 2008

Why? br /1. The lowest cost per page toner of any machine in its class. To get lower toner costs you have to go to furniture size equipment. br /2. The scanner/copier has a built in 50 page feeder tray that WORKS. This is often an expensive additional option with most other brands. br /3. Trouble free and jam free operation most of the time. The only time I have had paper jams is when trying to print on really cheap (thin) paper) or feeding the scanner with paper that was badly folded or had staples in it. br /5. Extra fine printing quality every time. br /6. Durable. I had a similar Brother model (older by about 3 generations) that lasted 6 years. The only reason we replaced it is because the Fax function board was fried by an electrical power surge. The rest of the machine was still going strong after 6 years of steady daily small office use. br /7. Tech support. They have only failed one time to properly resolve my issues one time during 10 calls I have made to them over the years. br / br /If you have a small (or even not so small) business or practice that needs a fax, copier, scanner, laser printer (and who doesn't!) Get this unit. You will not be dissapointed.

This is my 2nd Brother Printer and I love it. The duplex feature works quicker then I expected. I also utilize the fax/e-mail quite a bit. Good support software to manage printer settings from any PC on my network.

This all-in-one is easy to use, a very solid performer, and cheap to operate. I use it to run a small business and it is my most important piece of office equipment. It prints and copies quickly. I have had trouble scanning into an easy-to-email format, but that may be due to my technical ineptitude. I would buy it again.
