I'm been very happy with my purchase of the Photosmart C5280. It was easy to setup install. I simply followed the easy to read understand directions, it was flawless. It scans, copies, prints, I would recommend this for any home user or even small home business. The print quality is good. Is it lighting fast? No, but it isn't slow either what do you expect for $100. If I had to do it over again, I would but it again. I've scanned and copied old pictures documents for my family tree I'm working on. And I've emailed them to appreciating family members. It's been a great help. I have not used the feature that prints onto a CD, so I can't comment on it. I think it is a great buy for the money.

I can't beleive some of the bad reviews. The CD/DVD printing alone is worth the price. In addition, you get scanning, lab quality printing without a PC, copying function relatively cheap ink replacement cartridges. It wasn't that long ago you didn't get all of these features without throwing down a few hundred dollars. I paid $65 on clearance. Superb printer for the money!
