While I like the functionality and features of this device, the fact that you can only get ink from Circuit City and Lexmark is a huge inconvenience. Like other reviewers, had I realized this, I'd have chosen to buy a different printer rather than accept this "free" one.

My Lexmark X2580 was a "special" purchased with a computer at Circuit City. The operator's manual states that the #34 and #35 cartidges will fit this model. WARNING! THEY DO NOT WORK. Lexmark rep told me that this model was made to use only #2 and #3 b/c Circuit City wanted to increase their ink cartridge sales. So, the only place you can buy #2 and #3 is, you guessed it: Circuit City and Lexmark. Pretty raw deal, I'd say.
