At first I had my doubts about this printer after reading some mixed reviews, but since HP has been unreliable and not to mention extremely expensive when it came to the ink, I figured it was time for change. It's quiet, prints fast, easy to fix paper jams, and the ink is inexpensive. I haven't tried the scanning or faxing feature yet, but the copier works great.

Printer/copier is fairly quiet,prints fast and looks great. Doesn't seem to use much ink. Aftermarket ink cartridges are available and less costly than most other brands of printers. Overall I would recommend.

I Have Say This Is Great Multi-Function Center , It scans Great,It Prints Photo's Very Nicely.It Dose Good Job When Faxing. Like All Printers it uses br /A lot Of Ink!! Just got this printer. It works well. Good sharp printouts, paper loads easily. br / br /One thing to note is that the USB port is inside the printer, and wraps around before coming out on the right side to the PC, so the 3ft cable I had from my old printer was a little short since I have the PC on a table to the left.

This is my second Brother MFC printer and I am just as happy with this one as my previous one. If this ones continues to do as well as my earlier model mfc3240, I will be thrilled. I have a small business and I tend to use the printer quite a lot especially printing out my own brochures, labels, and much more. I am sold on Brother. I have had much better luck so far with my lesser expensive Brother printers compared to my costlier HP printers I have had which ended as nightmares.
