5 out of 5 stars very good!!!   August 26, 2008

easy way to convert negatives, the interface is clear, only takes between 20 or 30 seconds per photo, sometimes the light is too strong and you need the photoimpresion software to dark it.

I've done over 1000 slides and it worked perfect. I used the software on both my Windows XP computer and Vista. Works great on either.

For anyone who has amassed a treasure trove of old 35 mm slides...this is the best most reasonable answer to convert to digital.

3 out of 5 stars Slide Scanner   June 22, 2008

Once you load the software and sync the hardware, which takes a lot of time, the scanner works ok. However, you can only scan 3 slides at a time and this takes about 5 minutes per 3 slide tray including change-over time. The whole process is arduous if you are scanning many slides or film strips. Otherwise the system works fine.
