Used this to destroy years of built up docs. Had to let it cool down a couple of times, but it came right back and keeps going.

To open the paper drawer, insert a paring knife in the upper right hand corner and pry it open. br / br /It has big wheels that make it easy to move around, even on carpeting.

We have had two problems with this machine. br /The directions were poor. It continues to be difficult to open. Initially, we were unable to open it. Now we can open it; but, it takes some effort. br /As for the shredding, that's fine.
