Very Easy to use
good sound quality
in fact it was much better than my land line phone
so good in fact I called and canceled my land line
easy to use as most of the work is done thru the skype software
very happy with this phone!

I had the worst time installing the software(something I usually don't have trouble with)then came trying to figure out how to use it...the instructions are way too vague!! I actually learned how to use it by trial and error and with the help from some of the other reviews here. Thanks everyone! I have to admit this is a really awesome phone..very clear reception!


UPDATE***You can direct call with this phone, the number need not be in your contact list!! 00+1+area code+number+skype button and your connected!!!
