I bought this here Amazon.com just got last week. It works well under wireless connection(WEP) on campus as well as with my router, Linksys WRT54G2(WPA2) at home. actually, It delivered to school so tried to use it connected to campus wireless LAN. I was little bit worried but it worked better than expected. I made a call to my sister over the Pacific, voice quality was good and also my sister said it's good like a local call. and i took this phone home and tried to get connected to my router. WPA2 didn't matter. when I powered the phone, automatically it found and showed available wireless connections, then i chose to connect and type password. that's it.
very easy to use. cheaper way to have a phone line at home.

I have had this phone for about 2 hours now and I think it's great! I put in the battery, powered it up,connected to my wireless network (entering the password was easy) and was making phone calls in 5 minutes. I already had a skype account so this made it a lot easier to get going. Sound quality seems great and connection time is fast. I have not read the "book" yet, that is how easy it is to set this phone up. I was also able to connect to a local hotel nonsecured WiFi network with no problems. Another great NETGEAR Product!!!
