Works well. No problems. Would b nice if it had network connection. Paper tray cover seems a little flimsey. It would be nice if there were more control buttons instead of menues to navigate. These things do not detract from this overall very functional, quality machine. Especially at a low price w/ a large rebate!

After years of using high quality fast paced business copiers, our business shrunk down to the point that we no longer needed an expensive fast copier, just one that did the job. When we read the reviews on this copier we were hoping that this one would provide the same quality copies as the large business copiers. We are not disappointed. The quality is right up there with the big guys! Of course it doesn't make copies as fast but it does make good copies and it is easy to set up to your computer server and generate copies through your network! br /

A GREAT MACHINE. WORKS GREAT EVERYTIME. TOO BAD IT DOES NOT HAVE THE CAPABILITY OF SCANNING A DOCOMENT AND SAVING IT ON YOUR COMPUTER.

This copier is AWESOME!! It copies well, prints fast!! Very reliable...I have had NO problems!! The ink is a bit pricey so I will search for other inks!! Other than that, this printer takes the cake!!! Easy to set up....simple directions, and a quite printer!! I love it!! Debra
