This shredder has been a great value for me. I've never had a problem with it, and it's very convenient to use. You have to watch the sheet count you're sending through, or the papers will get stuck.

We are happy with this shredder. It's fairly quiet and easy to operate and does the job. Perhaps the people who had trouble with it didn't follow the directions -- 2 minutes on and 4 minutes off and no more than 10 sheets of 20 lb. paper at a time. It's also recommended not to leave staples in the paper. If you need a heavy duty shredder and don't have the patience to follow these instructions, this isn't the shredder for you. Otherwise it's a great little shredder for lightweight use.

The basket it comes with is rather small for my needs, although the shredder is actually not as small for my needs as you might think for the size basket it comes with!! It's a very strong and durable little shredder!!
