Recently, there was a snow storm in the area that knocked out the power. I was out of town my wife was alone with the pooches cats. She couldnt leave them alone to freeze it wasnt feasible to try to pack them all up take them to a motel or someplace else as the roads were nearly closed down. br /Thankfully we have a fireplace but no way to charge up her cell phone so she could be in contact let everyone know she was ok. I got one 2 minute call that was it before the phones power went kaput. br /So I got her this car charger as a back up power source, which I should have done before but I cant think of everything, right!? Right!? br /And since Winter has only just begun this charger may come in handy...
