This is my 2nd case. I wanted the exact same case because the first one had served me so well for the last 2+ years. (The zipper ripped cuz i was always using the case as a wallet and inserting cash,driver's license, credit cards and receipts inside the case - pretty convenient!) It is like a thin leather glove with clear plastic over the screen and keyboard and appropriate openings for connecting to chargers and for syncing. It takes a pretty good beating while stil protecting my Treo 650 from many falls and drops onto hard surfaces. Never any real problems using the touchscreen or stylus with the case in place. Unlike the hard cases, you definitely can feel it when it is on vibrate mode and no significant extra weight.

I received the product on time and it was brand new as stated. I like it because it is very durable and it protects my baby (Treo). The only drawback was that the shipping was $5.14 and the product only cost $13.64.

I've used Treo's, and Treo cases for years, and so did my staff. This one is simply the best Treo case available. Get it with the "Slide Swivel Kit" - it will clip on to your belt or purse and allow instant access to the phone. I've also droped the phone several times. This case offers enough protection so that the phone survives a drop from waist hight. Its good stuff!

The phone fits snugly and the access points for the hotsync cable, camera, buttons line up well. Initially had to tug and pull to get everything lined up right, but that would be expected for such a snug-fitting case.

I recently bought a replacement for a similar Krusell case that I had been using daily for over two years. I like its design and durability. br / br /However, I have learned that while Krusell provides a warranty for the leather case it does not cover the plastic Multidapt clip that allows me to hang the Treo on my belt. It was this plastic component that failed necessitating the replacement. br / br /There is clear plastic cover over the Treo's screen. The thickness that protects the screen also makes it difficult to effectively use the touch screen, especially for functions near the edge of the screen. When I bought the original case I had the option of getting a unit with no plastic cover on the screen, but this was not currently available.
