Customer Reviews:

4 out of 5 stars T-Mobile is a good overall   December 24, 2007

I had been a Cingular (now AT&T) customer for years and only switched to T-Mobile out of frustration with their poor customer service. I have to say that overall I have been very satisfied with T-Mobile and prefer them over AT&T. The stores are less crowded, the staff is helpful and the rates are reasonable. All cell phone companies are irritating in that you have to sign a contract, you have to pay a lot to get out of the contract and the phone prices (without signing a contract) are astronomical.

I got this phone because I really loved all those features that the Blackberry Pearl offered. A couple of weeks later I sent it back. I was really disappointed that I could not send a picture message if I didn't have the blackberry plan. How could this be? I don't know, it was explained to me that blackberry sent picture messages on their plan only because it was not compatible with T-Mobile's network. HUH?! Well, I sent it back because I didn't want to pay for unlimited messaging and then pay again to send a PICTURE message. When T-Mobile and Blackberry work this out, I am totally on board with that phone again. Until then, I guess I can stick it out with my razr for a while longer.
