Verizon service reliability claim is false because it is not the most reliable network. There are a lot of dead spots in westchester county, NY. My friend has cigular sevice and the reception was better than verizon's. Recently, Verizon started to offer good phones, but many features are crippled. They charged extra for almost everything. Customer service is average. Iam planing to switch to cingular because they have internationly compatable GSM phones that are better than verizon's, and cingular will give u code to unlock after 3 months with them. This will help with costs on international traveling. Verizon charges an arm and a log if u r an internationl traveller! on top of that CDMA networks are not reliable networks in asia. Verizon will not provide unlock codes. br / br /Dealing with amazon rebate was a headache. initially they said i did not qualify becaused i ported the # after i recieved the phone. It took over 6 months, numerous emails and phone calls to rectify the problem.

I switched from Cingluar to Verizon and i love it! Verizon work almost anywhere, the city,the country, its amazing! I would like to see rollover though and more phonez! but its all good for now!Verizon also doesnt have bill errors like Cingular!

This plan comes wth all the features. Verizon has the best reception. Don't be fooled by cingular's "The most Bars in The Most Places". I actually give it a 4.5 because I would like to have rollover. Other than that it's good.
