Haven't used it yet...it's a replacement in case main lamp fails...won't find out until then if it works.

I had my sharp projector for close to two years before the bulb blew out on me -- Which unfortunately was my fault for leaving the projector plugged into the wall during a thunderstorm (Note to readers: Don't do that!). So its kind of a pricey fix($300 is standard - I found it on Amazon for around $276), however, much to my surprise, I ordered the new lamp and it was on my doorstep the very next day. It was very easy to pull out the old lamp and install the new one. In fact within 10 minutes of receiving the new lamp I was back in business. End result: I wish I could pay less, nevertheless, I'm a very satisfied customer.

Amazon shipped this quickly for much less than most other sites had it advertised. It was packaged very well to protect it from being broken since these bulbs are very sensitive. Quick and easy install. Back up and going in no time. Great work Amazon!!!
