WANT GREAT SOUND AND A GREAT LOOK? LOOK NO FURTHER. These speakers are magnetically shielded, and the Rated Impedance is 3 Ohms per speaker. The subwoofers Rated Impedance is also 3 Ohms. The speakers are 142 Watts A PIECE, and the subwoofer is 140 watts !! The model #s for the speakers are: Center Speaker Model # SS-CT71 Front Right # SS=TS72 Front Left # SS-TS72 Surround Left # SS-TS71 Surround Right # SS-TS71 The model # for the subwoofer is: SS-WS71 As shown these speakers are very SLEEK with silver accent pieces along the sides of each of the 5 piece speakers.The subwoofer also has the silver accent piece around the front sides. They are really modern looking and sound great. THE SUBWOOFER IS PASSIVE, MEANING IT DOES NOT HAVE A POWER CORD, SO YOU NEED A DVD PLAYER/AMPLIFIER/RECEIVER TO POWER THE SUBWOOFER AND SPEAKERS. SUBWOOFER DOES NOT PLUG INTO THE WALL FOR POWER. These can sit as shown or be mounted on the wall.
