Absolute value for money, this is one of my best buys for 2009! The only negative is the power switch on the side, taht gets accidentally switched ON while the unit is in the pouch (The suede pouch is also very good, by the way).

Awesome out of the box experience. I had the Flip Ultra HD unboxed and recording in about 2 minutes. Very simple, user friendly controls. The rechargeable battery had enough charge to make a few short videos. The video quality is outstanding.

br /My only complaint is that it needs charged by a PC. It was not clear in the advertising that you needed to purchase an optional wall plug. It charges by USB.

br /The built in FlipShare software is very easy to install and use. I made a 5 minute video of my two cats running around and put their antics to the Benny Hill Theme. The process took a whole 5 minutes. Again I love this camera
