I am NOT an easy sell. I am very technical and if an item isn't up to snuff or par I will absolutely return it and return it fast! Well, as you can see I am writing this review after 30 days so it's doing a good job! I should really be as honest as I am particualr about things.. so I have to say that this DVD Player is so outstanding I mean the quality and clarity of this portable device is simply devine.. You will love the picture, resolution, graphics. It is a High-End Dvd player and did cost quite a bit of money brand new. Toshiba makes terrific laptops, and well they proved to make a great dvd player too. br / br /Thanks to whomever sold me this player it is really great.. excellent overall condition cosmetically and functionally. br / br /5STARS A++++++++++++++++++++++ br / br /Excellent! :)

I was very impressed with it for the first few weeks, Sound is great even without head set and picture very nice. But then I noticed that no matter what setting I set the video for it would rarely ever do a full screen even when the DVD was formatted for full screen. br /Then.... it started stopping and saying OPEN but the lid was closed so when I added light pressure to the lid on the left side it would work but when I would let go it would say open again. br /It is impossible to get Toshiba to help over the phone as their system is made to avoid you and route you in a circle with their automated system. SO I tried on line and got the same thing until I found one area and they requested more info and still waiting for help. br / br /GO with a Sony as they are more reliable and help desk is much better. br /
