Product Description
Ever wanted to be someone else? Here's your chance to become someone else. Kudos is an extremely addictive game that allows you to assume the identity you've always wanted (or wanted to try). You decide where your character works, who you hang out with, what to do to relax and how to improve your abilities. Want to be a wealthy doctor? How about a carefree sax-playing taxi cab driver? Would you rather go shopping or sit on the couch and watch TV? Just remember that every choice has consequences in this life simulation game. It's your call, and your (new) life!

The days on this game are pretty repetitive, but when you start making accomplishments with your work and schooling and are able to spend more time with friends because you make more money and are happy with your life it becomes a lot more fun.

3 out of 5 stars A different kind of SIMulation game.   December 7, 2007

Kudos is a different kind of simulation game than you might expect. You chose an avatar and guide them through daily descisions that effect their personality, career, and relationships with others. From shopping, jogging, to eating out at trendy restaurants, you guide your sim through life into what you would hope will be a fulfilling, happy existence. br / br /Being a Sims fan, I had expected this game to be along a similiar level. The gameplay is limited, having only a few correct choices that would truly help you advance. You can take classes to better your career, and have a variety of options to choose from when you want to network or improve relationships. However realistically, you make a very minimal amount of money daily, therefore limiting the amount of activites you can actually partake in. It is slow going to get degrees, and there is a very fine line between balancing work, career, and relationships. If you focus on one thing too much (even for just a few days), it can have dramatic results on the others (which is generally not good). br / br /The game itself is very addicting. I have found myself compelled to play endlessly to work myself up corporate ladders, and it is rewarding to develop a tight circle of friends. br / br /Overall, the game can be fun, though redundant after awhile. If you want something a little different than the average "tycoon" game, this would definitely be one to try out.
