Great to look at, wonderful sound and then there's the sub. The Energy 12 inch sub is a window rattler. The price puts these in the realm of the truly great small speakers.
 Great Speaker Stands For the Price October 7, 2009

I bought 4 of these stands (2 x 2) to mount my Energy Take Classic speakers. The price is definitely right on these stands, they are heavy duty and are not easy to tip over with a sudden bump (which has happened a few times), and are easy to put together and set up. The only drawback that I have for these is that the placement of the mounting hardware on the stands in reference to the screw holes in my speakers required me to mount them upside down in order to be able to fasten them to the stands. I don't think that this affects the sound all that much and when I filled the grills over you cant even tell so I am happy so far. Just wish the mount extended a little higher is all.

The speakers were crystal clear, and the subwoofer they sent me was amazing. I researched this product before getting it and C Net loved it and gave it some award. The sound quality is just amazing for music and games and great with movies. I would recommend this for everyone especially for the price this is an amazing set.

Size and price do not matter when it comes to these speakers. I followed the reviews and everything pointed to a great value. I have been breaking them in for a little while, but everything is going without a hitch. I have gone through two previous center channel speakers and thought that it was the receiver not decoding or transmitting a strong enough center channel. Turns out it was just the speakers I bought.

br /This is a very clear, very powerful (for the size), and very affordable speaker set. I would suggest this set for anyone, but especially those who are getting their first surround system. Get a good receiver and these speakers will do the rest. Make sure to buy speaker stands or mounts that will hold them. They are satellites, but their size is between a small satellite and a bookshelf speaker.

br /All in all, a great buy. Definitely recommend to anyone with an average-sized living/family room.
