Bent,

I just looked at your post date, so I'm sure you have already finished wearing our your arms and a couple of more tools. I think I've seen your dual RLP 15 finished speaker. Great work bud....

Notice my build pics on my website and see the passive radiator holes I cut out for the 8-15" passives for my mains. I used my trusty little Rotozip. It took about 1 good wood bit per hole.

It was slow going as my cabinet material is 1.25" with the particle board and the Pionite slate laminate. That is one of my best tools. Who cares if the holes aren't perfectly smooth? The drivers cover them up any way. I also finish sanding them with an orbital sander, then a final once over by hand with plain 120 grit sandpaper.

I just modified and re-designed a pair of Bang & Olufsen Reldline 60 speakers' replacing the ABRs and used the Rotozip again for the mini passives I've installed. That's a fine tool to find under the xmas tree this year, seeing Dad's day has come and gone.
