As for printing on fabric, it can certainly be done provided it's the right kind of printing. Most T Shirt shops are more iron-ons which are solid and not acceptable in front of treatments. What you really want is something similar to ink-jet printing.

You can actually go to a print shop like Kinkos that has a large format plotter and the capability to print to cloth.
