Double Compensation Risk

Ok, so if I want to take my SPL measurements manually (and enter into excel using RAT Shack Meter) then import into REW for it to give me recommendations for BFD adjustments, would I take the uncorrected/uncompensated values from excel (Column C) export to a txt file (as opposed to Column D??) Then Import to REW for compensation advice (using the newrs.cal file).

If I were to export import the values from Columnn Dot, I would think we would be "double dipping) Does this make sense?
