When you import .txt files into REW it doesn't use the meter calibration files. It only uses c-weight inverse compensation (or not). Since we know c-weight isn't accurate enough for an RS meter, then you must use the column in the Excel file with the meter calibration already baked in.
Then when you load the file into REW and it asks about c-weight, say NO.............
