The good news is that I reported them to Google DMCA copyright complaint department (so the page will be removed from the Google index), filed a formal copyright violation complaint with their web hosting company, and e-mailed all their advertisers directly notifying them of the copyright violation. David Richards, "content thief," will not get away with it this time..
