No reason to be concerned with the 70 Hz problem. It’s so narrow it’ll be inaudible. Probably not much you can do about it anyway.
As far as the noise, sounds pretty strange, but if it goes away with another preset, then that’s an easy fix. Is your incoming signal level high enough? Your output is really low. That might be the problem.
