I haven't tried the MIDI yet... although I got all the stuff to use it. I know it works. I'm sure someone around here can help you with it.
JohnM can help but he's out of pocket right now and not sure when he'll be able to chime in. Wait before you send it back and see if we can get you some help, unless you don't mind doing it manually. I've done manually for 5+ years and it's somewhat elementary to me now.
