Anyway I was able to get past my issue with not being able to calibrate the SET INPUT VOLUME. What I ended up doing is turing up the volume on my reciever that way when it went to test, it was able to ajust it correctly.
Before the Set Input Volume routine you were suppose to do the Set Measurement Level. This is where you set the AV receiver to produce 75dB on you RS SPL meter while it sits in your listening position. This 75dB should be suffice to produce a decent level for the Set Input Volume. I do admit though, that some people have to go a little higher than 75dB. Somewhere between 75dB and 80dB would be fine.

After those two steps you need to do the Calibrate test to set the REW SPL meter to match your RS SPL meter.

Once those three are done, you need to do a one time Soundcard calibration to get a file to use in the future so as to make your soundcard flat......

BTW, I set your account to allow posting graphs etc, so you can do that any time you wish...

The test ran from 20hz to 200hz. Should I run it higher or is this adequate
20Hz to 200Hz is fine. Do the sub only first with your crossover set and the receiver in stereo. Then when the sub is all equalized you add the mains to check for interaction around the crossover.
