Thanks for the registry file. The problem was caused by the code not checking and limiting the sweep end frequency to half the the card sample rate when the sample rate changes. This bug will occur if REW is exited after doing a sweep to 24k, then the next time REW starts up the sample rate is changed to 44.1k before making any measurements. It has been fixed for the next release.
