LOL prof - and words to live and die by!

I'm in the same camp - SO much I would have done differently!

I wonder though - if we polled everyone who's already been there, if the changes would all be consitent.

For example, I used 2 layers of drywall separated by a Z channel to help contain sound - no way would I do this ever again - staggered studs is the way to go, but I wonder if someone with staggered studs is out there wishing he'd used Z channel (I'm guessing not!)
