There is also a possibility that the tuning frequency is ~23 Hz but there is a HP filter at ~30 Hz. The THD graph supports this hypothesis.
Although if you look at all the vented subs I've measured, the major compression always occurs at the tuning frequency. On the other hand the THD graphs aren't as constant.
So I'm still standing behind my original statement.
Of course it's impossible to prove it without taking some extra measurements.
