| Memorial Day Prayer!
The United States observes Memorial Day on the last Monday of each May every year. This is a day of remembrance for those men and women who have died in military service for our nation.
There have been approximately 3800 killed since the war in Iraq started.
There have been over 1 million who have died in war defending the freedom of the United States.
At this time I pray for the families of those who have lost loved ones and friends who have served over the years. I also pray for the men and women who are serving our country at this moment... and for their family and friends... and for the men and women serving other countries. I pray that God will keep them out of harms way and that they might be able to return home safely and soon. I pray for peace and unity between all nations so that all wars may come to an end. In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen!
