Move further away from the back wall and remeasure with the sub only, it will surprise you. Once you have a good sub response that follows the target curve, you can tackle the mains. I know it sounds insane, but set your mains to small and reposition them to obtain the flatest response, then recheck with the sub and use the variable phase control to smoothen the xover region. |
