I just purchased some attenuators from Phil Bamberg at
Bamberg Engineering Sound Lab (BESL). In addition to making and selling speakers, he sells the DCX2496, provides support in using it, and sells attenuators.
He also suggested I program +12dB to my analog input and -1dB on the digital input for proper volume leveling.
