Todd, drawing is to scale with the screen set up for 2.35 viewing...almost all of the time, black masking will be in place, leaving a 16:9 area. I ended up deciding to go with a smaller screen than when I originally posted a few weeks ago. So, I decided to use the full width that I painted, but make it 2.35, masked down to a more reasonable sized 16:9 screen.

I've added a pic that shows 2 views. One is more complete, including explanations of various pieces.

The second is just the paint rendering the colors of all of the add'l components and what it will look like (simplistically, of course). I'm planning to start this tomorrow, so please let me know if you have any other design options that I may like better. That goes for anyone...
