Many times, we work on getting the sub's frequency response as nice as possible before re-integrating the mains. I'd suggest going that route first.
As to getting the filter selections into the 1124, are you using a MIDI connection, or are you planning on entering them by hand? Let us know your intentions in that regard and we'll get you going on adding filters.
