Looks good to me. You should of course save that soundcard calibration file.

The reason it looks strange is a result of the exaggerated scaling used when the soundcard is calibrated. The vertical axis is only -3dB to +3DB. See the green line in the response. That is the soundcard calibration. It's only down about -2.5dB at 5Hz. That's a great response. REW will apply a curve exactly opposite to that green line after you take measurements to compensate.

The black line shows the microphone response curve. When exaggerated it does look bad, but modify the vertical axis and you'll see it's all fine.
