| A Photo I edited
The picture is a scan of the printed image "I lost the original file " so you realy cant see the sharpness and detail.
I used the new quick selection tool in Cs3 to easily outine the image the right clicked and refine selection to fether the edges and stuff then
filter effects radial blur.
