Is it ok to use a receiver's EQ with REW to adjust subwoofer output?

I have an Onkyo 875 and it has the follow EQ points; 16hz, 20hz, 25hz, 40hz, 63hz, 100hz, 160hz and 400hz.

Cheers,

JP
Your AVR has the much more potent Audyssey EQ from which you can get much better results than from the simple manual EQ. If you are using REW, you can use it to monitor your Audyssey results.
