A few hundred bucks. Assuming everything's in good condition, you got a steal. I'd part out some of what you won't use to ebay, and start building up a home recording studio.
I'd keep the mixer, the ultra-curve, and the amplifier. Maybe the tube ultragain if you want to play around with vocal color, and the tube composer if you want to make quick and dirty recordings that sound good without mastering (both of those units have simple controls, and look cool.) Sell the rest, buy a nice computer, and do you effects/mastering in software.
