I suspect you're assuming that when you removed the meter calibration file that the response curve should change, and thereby you think there's a problem.
The fact is that to apply or remove a mic/meter or a soundcard calibration for an REW measurement after it has been taken, you must simply load or clear the cal data as required and
press the Apply Windows button (invoked when you click the IR Windows ICON) to recalculate the frequency response with a new calibration file.
