| Re: Done with Best Buy Well, I guess that is why I'm so mad. They actually used to have really good customer service - especially the store I went to. Sometimes it was worth the extra $$$ because you knew if there was a problem you'd be taken care of quickly even if what you got was at a different store or even online.
Luckly there are still places that have excellent customer service. For AV products I have no bones with Parts Express, AV123 or buy.com. All three have given me great support on the few occasions something has gone wrong. |
