Hi I am trying to upload a jpeg but am having a bit bit of trouble. nothing happens when I click manage atachments button or the paperclip button. I would like you all to tell me what my readings are telling me. But i have to get the pic up first.

please help

Figured out the upload... one computer nothing, another works fine...odd
