Sounds like my wife! When we searched for our current home, our "deal" was that I could have the basement, while she had the upstairs (frankly, I could've care less if upstairs was a chicken coop). She is also amazingly understanding of my newfound toys: SVS subs. Just picture me watching a movie downstairs, shaking the entire house, and her reading in the living room, reaching to keep her cup o' tea from vibrating off the table (without even looking up from her book)...
