Hi, I am Maikel de Potter living in the city of Arnhem, The Netherlands. I recently set up my first Home Cinema after an extensive period of googling and reading numerous forums like this one. My current set:

VIDEO: Panasonic PT-AE2000 HD-LCD beamer; Oppo-981HD upconverting DVD player using HDMI video output and analog audio outputs; WS-S 4-Format 203x153cm motorized screen with variable horizontal masking.

AUDIO: Rotel RC-980BX and RB-970BX pre and power amplifier for Dynaudio Contour 1.4 front speakers; Denon PMA-730 integrated amplifier (vintage) for B&W DM20 rear speakers (vintage); Dynaudio Contour Sub connected to pre-out of the RC-980BX (front speakers) with surround setting SUB OFF.
