Sorry, I didn't realize these devices actually intentionally contain high pass filters. I'm surprised I've never seen them mentioned before when folks have asked for recommendations on a subsonic filter.
From a quick read, I'd say go with the UltraQ of the units you listed. The parametric EQ will have more flexibilty if you want to try to do some room EQ based on measurements from something like REW.
