You give width, but what is the height and length of the port. What thickness material is used to form the port? Assuming it's a slot port, using one or more walls of the cabinet to form the port itself. Got pictures? Any bracing inside the cabinet?
From there, it's just basic geometry and a little fiddling in WinISD to determine net air volume and actual enclosure tuning.
