Looking at the sub you have and your willingness to spend a couple hundred dollars I would recommend buying two subs to achieve maximum performance that will far exceed your current set up. Either two
Dayton Sub 100 or two
Dayton Sub 120 units properly placed will achieve more headroom and a better low frequency response than your current sub even with an upgrade.
