I prefer to set the target at a good half-way point between the peaks and depressions, and equalize from there. However, I’m typically manually equalizing, and I’d apply some boost to the depressions.

If you’re intending to let REW ato-equalize, you probably have the target set about right

It’s a fairly narrow dip, probably won’t be noticed that much. It’s too deep to try to equalize up.
